Aware Network Support

SIM2K® Aware provides your business with constant, around-the-clock monitoring of your computer network. This isn't just limited to servers, firewalls and routers. It is a completely comprehensive network monitoring system that even includes your desktop, PCs and printers. 

By loading a software agent into the devices you wish to monitor, we can keep a close eye on operations and performance at all times. If a problem is found, we'll immediately be alerted, find and diagnose the problem and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

FixIT

FixIT is our remote accessibility program. It can diagnose and trouble-shoot any problems without anyone needing to be present. Besides allowing us to take care of any issues that arise after business hours, our FixIT technicians can usually take care of problems immediately and from their own desks. It's designed to access computers through firewalls and other protocols as well as reboot computers in "safe mode", if needed. But FixIT also complies to the highest security standards. 

Our connection utilizes completely secured data channels and true one-on-one connections. SIM2K offers FixIT as part of the Serenity package, or as a stand-alone product.

Remote IT Support

What can be more convenient than quick, expert IT support, when and where your business needs it, without having to make an appointment or wait for an IT person to show up? Our remote support can diagnose and fix any problems from our offices, even if you're thousands of miles away.

TrakIT

SIM2K® TrakIT allows your business to scan your network and categorize all installed hardware and software. The inventory lists generated can be kept for insurance purposes, since they provide a detailed inventory, always useful in the case of a claim. These lists can also be used to track the age of your hardware, current software versions and printer and peripheral information.

TrakIT lets you keep track of your entire company's network and devices, to help you better determine any needed upgrades or replacements. It's also a valuable tool for our Network Technicians should they need to assess a problem.

TrakIT is available as a part of the Serenity support package, or on its own.
